• Job Details:Key Accountabilities  Responsible for establishing and implementing a rolling view of all program plans to be delivered against planned resource capacity and budgets for all planned projects, programs, volumetric and standalone program of works  Be responsible for o Planning, coordinating & conducting engineering activities that includes preparing Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), work plan procedures and scheduling & planning using Primavera P6, S–Curve for job tracking o Developing cash flow forecast; Establishing reporting system including various logs for design submission, material submittals, method statement, RFIs, NCRs and procurement o Creating/evaluating various delivery scenarios for sequencing activities and resource allocation o Preparing look ahead schedules, recovery plans and ad-hoc plan for management, resource histogram, productivity curves and trend analysis o Developing/generating • Progress Measurement System(PMS) used for tracking the progress of work • Weekly, monthly and bi–monthly progress reports for ensuring timely delivery of projects o Reviewing & assigning Mapping Code to MDR for tracking the project progress o Monitoring contractor’s schedules, resource plans, progress reports & claims o Providing support for implementing safety, health, environmental & community programs o Coordinating with key internal stakeholders and subject matter experts in establishing relationships and required outputs to ensure plans success Key Highlights  Successfully o Managed various life cycles achieving financial performance with minimal annual variance of 8% as planned o Performed critical path analysis identifying early problems allowing teams to correct shortfalls o Managed and executed new planning & construction actions for craft leads (had to coach leads into thinking ahead/past tomorrows work i.e., 2 & 3 week look–ahead) o Managed projects ranging from $ US 25 Mn to $ US 980 Mn

Snr Project Control Planning EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Responsibilities on the above projects • Preparation of Daily, weekly and Monthly Report. • Assist in Planning, Organizing and Coordinating Engineering Activities, Preparing Work Break-Down Structure (WBS), Work Plan Procedure, Scheduling/ Planning using Primavera P6, S-Curve for Job tracking. • Preparation of progress measurement system (PMS) used in tracking progress of work. • Prepare Weekly, Monthly and Bi-monthly Look ahead for project Delivery. • Assigning Mapping Code to MDR for ease of project tracking. • Review and comment on contractor’s schedules, resource plans, progress reports and claims. • Monitor Contractors’ deliverables, verifying contract’s Progress. • Develop and maintain the Scheduler’s own implementation time schedules for the purpose of establishing a systematic and consistent estimate of the percentages of completion. • Present the progress as planned and achieved by the Contractor in form of tables and S-curves. • Review monthly the forecasts to complete, any deviation from baselines and the effect of the corrective actions taken by the Contract Project Manager. • Develop Project Risk Modeling and Schedule Validation with PERTMASTER Risk Analysis.

• Job Details:Responsibilities on the above projects: • Establish the planning system, procedures and processes used to control and report the project progress. • Review and Evaluate the schedules which are periodically issued by the Contractor for each sub-project regarding match with the actual progress and achievement of the planned progress. • Issue, coordinate and contribute to all aspects of project planning and schedule development for the project, on Primavera P6 and Primavera PERT Risk Analysis. • Work with contractors to establish their part of the project schedule and develops total project schedule based on Sub-contractors’ work and Company work. • Review and provide Owners’ input to contractors as they develop schedules for their project components, and review contractors’ schedules for adequacy. • Lead the integration and roll-up of Sub-contractors’ schedules, along with Owners’ tasks, resulting in an overall Owner’ Project Master Schedule. • Reporting and analyze the root causes for delays of the critical construction & procurement items. • Monitor and verify Sub-contractor’s work progress in all areas for the purpose of progress invoicing. • Creates and manages Integrated Master Schedule(s) and creates risk management plans for all assigned programs • Interpret and explain Cost & Schedule Risk Analysis output to Senior Management and Review teams. • Develop Project Risk Modelling and Schedule Validation with PERTMASTER Risk Analysis Software, for Project Risk Analysis, Contingency Planning, Recovery plan and Risk mitigation. • Perform Probabilistic Cost & Schedule Risk Analyses- Build simplified project schedule models, parameters and Opportunity/Risk Register entries to the model elements, and quantify these impacts into duration/ cost ranges (including the unknown unknowns). Assess and establish appropriate probability distributions for each element.
