• Job Details:very good at preparing payroll, preparation of monthly salary effects, create organization chart to company, responsible for training, reports kpi, ensure legal compliance of the new hires according to the relevant policies, response to all staff inquiries regarding leave records', entitlements, policies & procedures, following up on the implementation of the approved work regulations regarding attendance, leave, and overtime, maintain the updating of the employee database and develop, implement and monitor all required personnel procedures relating to staff terms and conditions of employment to ensure that the company complies with legal requirements and best practice, creates, maintains, and updates personnel files in complying with the egyptian labor, process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system, update internal databases with new hire information, deals with governmental external offices such as labor, social insurance offices etc., manage the process of employee’s termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.), ensure that work contracts are renewed or terminated on time, maintain a solid and organized filing system to all staff personal files and letters.
