• Job Details: Giza NORTH Power Station Project: (Project Engineer) - Project Description: Combined Cycle Power Plant Project - 2250 MW • Review The Technical Specifications required for the bidding according to ASME & ASTM & API & NFPA standards . • Review The Technical Analysis Evaluation for the submitted bids. • Review The Technical Analysis Evaluation Report about the accepted and rejected bids. • Supervision of The pre-awarding Negotiation meetings & discuss all the technical pending issues to get the optimized final agreement. • Review the final agreemant contract. • Supervision of applying the contract in all phases. • Approve the submitted Technical Data & Drawings for the equipment as per contract. • Approve the Material Recieving Reports (standard certificates & inspection for the delivered equipment). • Supervision of installing the equipment & piping for the mechanical systems in the project . • Supervision for design/installation/testing of FIRE FIGHTING systems for :  Turbines building, Diesel Generator room.  Electrical Switchgear room, Electrical Transformers.  Control Room, Relay room (I&C).  Oil-Barrel Storage Area, Gasoline station. • Supervision for design/installation of HVAC systems for:  Control Room, Relay rooms (I&C).  Electrical Switchgear room. • Supervision for NDT Inspection of:  Natural Gas Pipeline welding using UT & RT.  Liquid fuel Pipeline welding using UT & RT.  Steam Condenser welding inspection using LPT.  CW (RCC) pipelines welding inspection using LPT. CAIRO NORTH Power Station: (Inspection/Maintenance Engineer) - Maintenance of “GE Gas Turbine (MS9001FA): - R-0 Replacement for Axial Compressor. - Combustor inspection (Replacement of 18 combustors). - Turbine inspection (Replacement of blades for 1st & 2nd rows). - Lube oil Pumps Inspection, Closed Cooling Water Pumps Inspection, and Circulating Water Pumps inspection. - Inspection of Pumps shafts & impellers using UT & LPT CAIRO WEST Power Station: (Inspection/Maintenance Engineer) - Warranty Inspection of Steam Turbine "SIEMENS” - Maintenance of “Lube oil pumps” & “Lifting pumps” & “Exhaust Fans”. - Maintenance of Vertical pumps “CW pumps” & “Service water pumps”. - Maintenance of Horizontal Pumps “Filter water & Demi water & CCW pumps”. - Maintenance of “Feed water pumps” & “Main condensate pumps”. - Maintenance of “Air Compressors” & “Hydrogen compressors”. - Maintenance of “Valves” (Gate, Globe, Butterfly, Non-return valves). - Inspection of Pumps shafts & impellers using UT & LPT. - Inspection of Steam Turbine Bearings & Bolts & Valves using LPT & UT. - Maintenance of FIRE FIGHTING systems for :  Turbines building, Diesel Generator room.  Electrical Switchgear room, Electrical Transformers.  Control Room, Relay room (I&C).  Oil-Barrel Storage Area, Gasoline station. - Maintenance of HVAC systems for:  Control Room, Relay rooms (I&C).  Electrical Switchgear rooms.

• Job Details:INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE of the New Crossed-Field Systems in “EGYPT”, “ENGLAND” and “CHINA”. EGYPT: Installation & maintenance of 4 CFAs Structures (TANTA, BARNIS, HALIEB, Alexandria). ENGLAND: Installation & maintenance MW-CFA Structure in (Silsden – YORKSHIRE). Design & installation of CFA Structure in (Shefnal - SHROPSHIRE) CHINA: Installation & maintenance of CFA Structure in NANJING Radio Station .
