The process significantly improved cost management and quote transparency, and facilitated significant cost savings and improved data visibility. I have also currently taken ownership of a suite of documents (188 in total), and taken on the challenge of transferring into a new document management system. This involves communicating with all document owners, collectively re-writing and re-formatting all documents and bringing the document library up to date and ensuring sign off from the relevant members of the senior management team.
