• Job Details:• Tutoring Undergraduate students in the following modules:-Media and Culture, Text and Discourse Analysis, Desktop Publishing, Reporting on Children’s Issues, Media, Human Rights and Democracy. • Responsible for the training and Capacity building for Journalists, Public Relations Professionals, Corporate Social Responsibility officers amongst a wide array of other professions. • As part of media training I was also responsible for the marking of examination scripts as assigned by the ZOU National Office. • In charge of the assessment of Undergraduate students on attachment for Media Studies. • Also responsible for the supervision of final year students’ dissertations in both Harare and Marondera.

• Job Details:• An effective Trainer as shown by the position of a Senior Teacher I held at my previous company as an educationist. • I have 6 years of practical Guidance and Counselling experience I would liberally offer to pupils, education stakeholders and mentees concerning education and other related matters. • I have 7 years practical knowledge of new teaching/learning methods which are learner- centered. I can also use interactive boards and other relevant ICTs which can aid in the Teaching, learning & training process. • I have Six Years experience as a Deputy Head of Department for English, the promotion came as a result of my showcasing of effective training, nurturing and grooming skills to both students and trainee teachers together with fellow members of the department. • Deputy Superintendent Hampshire Hostel- responsible for managing the welfare of 120 boarder students and 10 members of support staff. I would constantly train them on hostel expectations. • I have four years exposure to both formal and non-formal education, also primary and adult education. This may help me in the delegation of instructional methodology to be used under given peculiar training & development circumstances.
