• Job Details:-Handling all the project sales cycle from getting the lead, covert it to an opportunity by getting the project ( specification – requirements ), preparing the ( comply study, Units Selection, Technical submittal, Power consumption study …. Etc) to provide the best solution for each project, then starts the quotation process and the prices negotiation until getting the P.O and finalize the payment terms with the client, continue following with the client all the after-sales cycle (invoicing & balance confirmations & money collection…etc), all these processes are documented by each step through the C4C cloud which linked with the SAP. -Preparing my annual sales plane base on my pipeline, Running Projects, and the potential of each of my customers. - preparing the annual distributor contract for the HVAC Contractors based on their sales history and their potential. - Building strong and deep personal relationships with the Customers through the periodically visits, sales calls, and restored business relationships with the key account that had suffered from inconsistent service in the past. - Open a new channel with new Customers annually. - Getting approval for LG brand through the consultant offices for the private and governmental projects. - strong product knowledge of package, concealed, non-ducted split units, and VRF system
