• Job Details:Responsible for managing accounts on the ERP system, including account setup, and training employees on system usage and necessary procedures Preparing the trial balance on a daily and monthly basis.  Prepare and process journal vouchers that comply with accounting standards.  Receive and process money and checks when Customer makes deposit or withdrawals.  Recrive loan Payments.  Enter deposit and withdrawals into bank's ledger or records  Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.  Generate and send out invoices.  Investigate and resolve customer queries.  responsible for the accounts of suppliers. and follow up balances suppliers .  Coding sold car data.  Proceed with purchasing car prices.  Contribution to the preparation of the tax return.  Director of Payroll at Rayan Automotive Egypt .  Responsible for creating new Processes and improving interdepartmental communication.  Reviewing and reconciling bank account statements.
