Automation System EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:My main accountabilities will be: 1. Analyses customer problems, resolves and closes customer complaints, as per assignment from the Services & Engineering Manager. 2. Reports the status of the customer service provided to the Services & Engineering Manager. 3. Prepares Engineering Software/ Hardware design documents for review by the lead engineer on the project. 4. Undertakes the implementation and coding of software solutions. 5. Assign technicians to undertake the hardware installation activities and follows-up on their work. 6. Undertakes the testing of software and hardware including all internal, workshop, and site acceptance testing. 7. Prepares and submits weekly activity reports to the Services & Engineering Manager. 8. Prepares and submits weekly progress reports to the Lead Engineer on a given project.

Technical Support EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Identifying and establishing new business. Organizing sales visits. Liaising with existing clients. Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations. Providing pre-sales and post-sales support. Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions. Reviewing cost and sales performance. Writing reports and sales literature. Providing product education and advice. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
