• Job Details:Responsible for posting job advertisements across all social media platforms, attending job fairs targeting both blue-collar and white-collar candidates, screening CVs and selecting the most suitable candidates according to the company’s requirements, contacting shortlisted candidates and scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, selecting top talent, and sending job offers, covering the manpower needs for all departments across the company, including the Kofta and Shawarma Al-Reem brands, while working to reduce turnover, collecting hiring documents from new employees and ensuring they sign the company’s contract, visiting all restaurant branches and preparing reports on observations and employee needs, analyzing the company’s manpower plan by adding new hires and removing absences/resignations from the report, monitoring daily absences and resignations with operations managers and branch supervisors to provide accurate workforce updates, responsible for absence return reports and re-hiring reports, managing and analyzing employee attendance records through the fingerprint system, updating and maintaining the company’s employee database, coordinating with external labor suppliers and recruitment platforms to ensure workforce availability.
