• Job Details:Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives. • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) (Employees' daily movements, monthly movements, vacation requests, etc.). • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, Memos, performance evaluations etc.). • Attend meetings and document meeting minutes. • Deal with employees' requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations. • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absence, bonus, leaves, etc.). • Properly handle complaints and procedures. • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews. • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees. • Responsible for posting vacancies, CV screening, shortlisting, and the whole recruitment process. • Make the first contact with candidates and keep them updated during the whole recruitment process. • Organize meetings, tests, and assessments. • Provide telephone, face-to-face and Skype interviews. • Participate in recruitment related events (e.g. job fairs). • Negotiate offers with Candidates selected for the job. • Ensure that all the computers are patched and updated as per IT Management requirements and that all the new joiners have their emails set. • Responsible for the Exit process for the redundant employees
