• Job Details:- Document test cases. - Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers. - Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes. - Identify program deviance from standards, and suggest modifications to ensure compliance. - Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content. - Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs.

Product CoordinatorFull Time

• Job Details:- Acting as a liaison between the technical team, on site engineers (business analyst, developers, designers and testers) and top management to deliver projects. - Work with higher management to prepare plans and manage resources. - Monitoring the quality criteria along the progress of the project. - Following up on the projects according to plans.

Business AnalystFull Time

• Job Details:- Design, develop and test new requirements and project change requests on the current implementation Using Ensyab features, including configuration and customization. - Fix the current implementation defects. - Enhance the current implementation performance or design according to business needs. - Integrate Ensyab services with other back end applications as per business needs including Web Services (inbound, outbound), Integration Workflows, Integration Objects. - Write User Manuals. - Design and write Service Requirement Document (SRD). - Analysing the Business requirment and transfer it to Bisness requirment document (BRD) - Updating the BRD as per the client comments and technical teams. - Communicate client requirements with the technical teams.
