Check all types of vouchers of head office and factory. Assist manager accounts and CFO in their work on demand. Check invoices like approval, payment terms and following up of incomplete records. Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits and regulatory filings.

• Job Details:Prepare and finalize monthly financial statements and management accounts in compliance with IFRS. Conduct stock valuation and report findings to the CEO. Perform monthly physical stock audits and ensure accurate inventory records. Prepare yield reports for the spinning unit to optimize production efficiency. Evaluate imported goods costs and LC pricing for accurate financial recording. Manage monthly waste stock tenders to maximize cost recovery. Generate monthly management reports with expense variance analysis for decision-making. Reconcile waste debtor ledgers to ensure accurate receivables tracking. Review and verify all vouchers for compliance. Oversee site cash book management and provide regular financial updates to the CEO. Liaise with external and internal auditors to facilitate audits and resolve accounting queries.
