• Job Details:Main Duties As BIM And Technical Office Engineer: • Managing and Preparation 3D Models , 2D SHOP DWG’s , As-Built and Submittal DWG’s . • Model Management & Collaboration Clash detection by using Navis work. • Ensure all project data is correctly established with company standards and project requirements. • Implement and maintain the use company, project and client CAD/BIM Modeling Standards and protocols throughout the team. • Prepare full detailed Qunatity survey , Reinforcement detailing DWG’s and BBS. • Preparing Cost Breakdown for BOQ items regarding direct and indirect costs. • Preparation Bids for new Projects. • Reciew &study Bid documents to verify the availability of sufficient information. • Preparation subcontractors’ and client invoices. • Follow up with procurement Department during negotiations and offer award or subcontract terms, performance and payments for subcontractors. • Ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications. • Prepare daily and monthly reports detailed in away to show quantities excecuted and allocate labor . • Communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress. • Prepare Method of statement. Technical Office consultant engineerFull Time

• Job Details:1.Excute of Mega project 110 Military (El Kyan) Building No (7) of 53,000 m2 consists of 36 zones constructed by Arab contractors (Osman Ahmed Osman) include concrete works (Raft- flat slab – panelled beams – Tunnels (open Excavation) – Bridges linked between zones) at New Capital 2-Excute of residential building for El-phosphate factory constructed by Elwatnya service at Elain EL sokhna. Main Duties As consultant Engineer: • Manage the work by maintaining weekly and monthly reports. • Ensure controlling ,Monitoring of work results by updating time schedule weekly and report of time variance for each activity. • Manage the quality control and assurance plan by mentioning the quality ratio at each contractor invoice. • Prepare full Reinforcement detailing DWG’s . • Ensure high productivity by monitoring contractors workflow and full detailed reporting about their mistakes,weaknesses with solution suggestions. • Maintain full detailed Qunatity survey and professional coordination by reviewing all site drawings and BOQs. • Develop and manage the tender process by maintain the tender requirements and system of evaluation. • Coordinate with different suppliers and contractors to choose the best material specification for the BOQs we develop.

Site infrastructure engineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Execute of Sewerage gravity systems exposed excavation using clay,cast iron, UPVC,Rft concrete and HDPE sewage pipes in different places at cairo. • Execute (wet and dry pumping station) include concrete works (Circular tank-Rectangular tank-Retaining wall) • Execute of Reinforced Concrete jacking pipes (microtunnelling) of diameter 600mm by using pipe jacking machine closed face , execute Launch shaft and Receival shaft at Ahmed Helmi street ,cairo.
