• Job Details:responsibility and authority includes:- - Application of related local and international standards for testing of raw materials and final products. This standards includes (Egypt standards &ASTM &DIN &ISO &BS). - Following up any updates in the standards done by the Egyptian organization for standardization and quality and advice by what can fit in our industry. - checking and reviewing the daily reports submitted by Q.C supervisor ,those reports include: a-visual inspection report ,reporting about the production amount , analyzing the final products into good pipes ,under repair pipes, scrap pipes, b- mechanical test report. c- hydrostatic test report. d- repair report. e- coupling report. f- delivered products report. - report non-conformance to Q.A officer for necessary action. - arrange for implementation non-standard testing. - issued test certificates for customer if requested. The certificate approves that our products are meeting the global standards. - prepare Q.C monthly report to plant manager. - communicating with the warehouse about the delivery status of finished products. - communicating with purchasing department pertaining any shortage. - Communicating with marketing dep. About the orders made for the clients. ISO &HSSE RELATED TASKS -preparation and implementation for ISO system (ISO9001/2015) -preparation and implementation for ISO system (ISO18001/2007) -preparation and implementation for ISO system (ISO14001/2015) - identifying hazards and risks. - following up the implementation of ISO procedures and process and that all accredited ISO documents are used. - communicating with engineers regarding the hazards and risks of the process and following up the implementation of the safety procedures of safety procedures . - answering the inquiries and participating in the investigations in case of accidents.

Quality Control EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:responsibility and authority includes:- - arrange for testing of all incoming raw materials and following up the results of raw materials. - Ensuring that all tested pipes are compatible with standards according to visual inspection and mechanical properties. And following up the results of testing the final products. - making sure that there are no technical defects includes (visual inspection & mechanical testing). - Organize Q.C filing system according to ISO system. - prepare a working schedule for Q.C Staff and following up the way supervisor distribute tasks among technicians through the daily report. - ensure complete Specs./instruction for inspector to follow (organize the flow of information to Q.C Inspectors). - prepare and ensure implementation of calibration schedule for all tools and instruments which used by quality controllers . - prepare process summary sheet for machine inspectors to follow. - shift duties of inspectors and lab. Technician to insure complete testing is done properly on time. - inform production department on the final status of products.
