• Job Details:Job title: Fixed Asset Controller Headline: financial controller Database software: Oracle Financial Application Job description: 1 - Managing 25 Fixed Assets Controller's across the company Diff sites to Implement a unique FA treatment across the diff Factories and Depots matching with company policy, Through developing new reports and tools to reach the required 2 - Booking the fixed asset movement (addition - retirement - transfer) across 45 depots using oracle ERP system as Fixed asset ledger is centralize after checking & validate the booked data 3 - Generate Fixed Assets reports on monthly basis by category by depot (Register, Addition, retirement, cost update, depreciation & transfer) 4 - Preparing monthly project under construction monthly report by project type & depot 5 - Preparing monthly reconciliation between sub ledger & GL 6 - Controlling the capex spend all over the company by monitoring capex spend for each RFA level & Preparing monthly capex report 7 - Assist with The External auditor to provide them with the required analysis, data & samples in reviewing the F.A Figure in the financial for the purpose of the financial statement issuance 8 - Controlling fixed assets balances by preparing count procedure across all the depots & Making sure that detailed physical count reconciliation made by Updating the concerned parties with any diff in the physical count reconciliation if any. And tracking with them seeking for the justifications 9 - Supporting the business with any financial information, balances & movement related to fixed assets for asset category or asset number. 10 - Providing the management with the required FA details and analysis that might help in decision making 11- SAP key user during SAP implementation

Chief Accountant Full Time

• Job Details:1. Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts. 2. Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries 3. Preparing yearly business plan as follow : a) Preparing yearly budget (consolidated/ per legal entity/per cost center) b) Preparing standard cost per product c) Preparing budgeted cash flow 4. Preparing monthly forecast reports as follows: a) Forecast P&L (consolidated/ per legal entity/per cost center) b) Forecast cash flow 5. Preparing monthly financial reports a ) Actual consolidated P& L report (Vs yago , Vs budget & Vs fcst ) b) Actual P&L report per legal entity (Vs yago , Vs budget & Vs fcst ) c) Actual cost per product d) A/R aging reports e) A/R statement of account f) Daily sales outstanding g) A/R collection Fcst h) A/R Bad Debts Provision m) Preparing accrual / prepaid monthly report
