• Job Details:- Leads, directs, and controls the day-to-day activities of a single plant production facility by optimizing efficiency of the operations to achieve the planned required. - Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures. - Select plant supervisory and administrative staff. - Responsible for plant production goals. (Depend on Sales department plan) - Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production and shipping. - Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules. - Schedule and conduct plant meetings. - Establish and direct plant policies and procedures. -Review and follow up with maintenance department the preventive maintenance and the schedule planned for installing new lines and the flow of these lines (start point End Point). - Review and follow up with warehouses stock and their needs (Depend on Minimum and maximum demand) - Managing Budget for the factory.

• Job Details:•Responsible for all IT requirements of the company such as user Management trouble shooting, help and advice Maintaining desktop applications local area networks, Creating, installing and configuring servers, IT security and telecommunications. • Build IT department team. •Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements •Control operational budget and expenditures. •Evaluate the organization's technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades. •Purchase necessary equipment. •Stay abreast of advances in technology. •Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems. •Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery.
