• Job Details:▫ Generally responsible for implementations of all civil works (excavation, soil investigations, post-grouted piles, raft, steel reinforcement, formwork [ordinary & climbing formwork] , false work, water tanks, post tension slabs, waterproofing and backfilling) at site by supervising and monitoring Egyptian and Chinese subcontractors’ labor force to ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards. ▫ Responsible for implementations of finishing works (masonry and plaster works). ▫ Read and understand structural and architectural drawings to ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings and project specifications. ▫ Carrying out day-to-day management of the site and assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all civil groups at site to ensure that the schedule of site works is executed as approved. ▫ Submit site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required. ▫ Plan the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works to surveying, electrical and mechanical groups. ▫ Coordinate with Consultant’s representatives for any inspection of works. ▫ Organizing materials and ensuring site is safe and clean. ▫ Complete supervising of all post-tension stages (installing and handing over to consultant - stressing - cutting - sealing - grouting).

Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:▫ Generally responsible for implementations of all civil works (steel reinforcement, formwork, false work, post tension slabs, waterproofing and backfilling) at site by supervising and monitoring subcontractors’ labor force to ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards. ▫ Responsible for implementations of finishing works (masonry and plaster works). ▫ Plan the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works to surveying, electrical and mechanical groups. ▫ Coordinate with Consultant’s representatives for any inspection of works. ▫ Organizing materials and ensuring site is safe and clean. ▫ Carrying out some of the technical office works (Bar Bending Schedule [BBS], quantity surveying and contractors’ invoices). ▫ Monitoring Warehouse inventory, predict the required materials for the upcoming stages. ▫ Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all civil works prior to execution. ▫ Organize material samples for the project and obtain the main consultant’s approval. ▫ Independently negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to finalize subcontracts and material purchases for the project.

Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:▫ Supervising construction of civil and finishing works for 4 residential buildings in (wahet masr-elhegaz compound) in 10th of Ramadan city. ▫ Preparing quantities surveying tables for all items (civil & finishing works) of the project. ▫ Preparing weekly invoice for each contractor through reviewing the actual quantities of executed works. ▫ Preparing inspection requests and handing over civil works to the project consultant. WE communication towers (several places) ▪ Roles & Responsibilities: ▫ Supervising construction of communication towers for Telecom Egypt (WE) both greenfield and rooftop types. ▫ Calculating quantities of materials and follow up with suppliers till bringing it on site. ▫ Following up with contractors till handing over to the consultant.
