• Job Details:IGI is a holding company operating and investing in Real estate development, construction, landscaping facility management in Egypt and the Middle East. IGI has five residential projects in Cairo with a total population of 16 thousand inhabitant. Responsible of all five related projects in term of: • Customer Service, Engineering, Environment Protection, Fire and Life Safety, Housekeeping, Security, Modifications and Human Resources Departments. • Supervises each operation manager in each project. • Coordinate between Management Company and Construction to satisfy customer's needs. • Cater to clients’ concerns • Contractor management. Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements • Chalking out or improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee optimum customer satisfaction • Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objective • Perform quality controls and monitor teams’ KPIs • Oversee daily operations of all supervised divisions • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics • Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions.. etc.) • Liaising with superiors to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals • Participates and supports the development of productivity and efficiency related tasks and plans • Makes recommendations for departmental procedural improvements • A full and comprehensive policy and procedure was put and implemented for all related departments.

• Job Details:Assistant Director of Operations 2013- 2016 Madinaty is a residential city located in the heart of New Cairo. The city is built on 8 thousand Feddans, designed to provide an exclusive and unique lifestyle to 600,000 inhabitants, Madinaty includes not only villas and apartment buildings, but also vast green areas, golf courses, hospitals, business centers, hotels, educational institutions, sports, social clubs, household services, and entertainment facilities which meet the day-to-day needs of its inhabitants. Responsible for Madinaty project in term of: • Customer Service, Handovers, Engineering, Environment Protection, Fire and life Safety, Housekeeping, Security, Transportation, Modifications, Human Resources Department, Governmental Relations. • Supervises all District Managers for all areas including buildings and villas. • Managing more than 2,000 Employees. • Coordinating between Management Company and construction to help in increasing customer satisfaction • Handling all customers' problems. • Leading different internal projects between Madinaty Management Company and the rest of companies in Talaat Mostafa Group as part of contractor management. • Assisted in building a whole system for all Departments in Madinaty
