• Job Details:• Ensure proper training budget utilization for the Bank that amount to 1 digit Million EGP. • Mentor Graduate Program new joiners to adapt quickly to the culture and empower them to succeed in the program. • Facilitate quarterly New Hire Orientation for all new joiners. • Coordinated and helped in designing assessment center for 2016 Graduate program intake. • Launched Subject Matter Expert Program; through identifying Subject Matter Experts and train them in designing an delivering trainings to our Colleagues in a way that meets our organization’s standards. • Launched Retail Induction program for new joiners in Retail Banking. • Delivered trainings in certain areas such as Customer Experience.
