• Job Details:-Monitor and verify the financial transactions according to company policies and regulations. -Implement any new duties for the finance team as directed by line management. -Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines. -Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed. -Ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timelines of all financial records, ensuring all income and liabilities are accurately recorded, reconciled and reviewed. -Monitor expenditures, analyse revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management. -Assist in budget preparation by using the historical effective actions that were done before. - Prepare the potential cash management report to CFO. -Analyse financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions. -Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion. -Perform month end closing activities such as account reconciliation, revenue recognition, expenses recording, tax reports.. etc. -Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations. -Work with the internal & external auditors to provide the relevant documents ensuring that all queries are accurately advised. -Ensure the accuracy of the trial balance to reflect the real picture of the company financial position. -Prepare the Balance Sheet with all the needed disclosure
