• Job Details:• Supervising monthly cash flow, and advise on related borrowing needs and available funds. • Developing dynamic strategies and discipline for investment opportunities in the capital markets, and identify areas of potential operational improvement. • Planning portfolio allocations in equity markets • Monitoring offshore markets and measuring the correlation with MENA markets • Supervising monthly financial reports, year-end closing, annual audit and controller’s report • Manage the budget input and monitor revenue and expenditure transactions and recommend improvement activities. • Supervising daily operation of accounts payable, accounts receivable, receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities • Supervising monthly bank reconciliation, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets accounting, year-end closing entries and audit schedules • Reporting and communicating audit findings. Provide the higher management with discounted cash flow analysis • Develop and communicate insights into opportunities for more effective risk management in light of business strategies. • Support the preparation of draft report outlining audit comments and formal recommendations designed to strengthen internal controls and promote efficiency and effectiveness of the processes under audit

• Job Details:• Supervise monthly accounts closing process and updating GL through manual journals • Preparing monthly investment reports • Providing management with investments alternatives according to the adequate degree of risk • Presenting budget report to the management showing actual operating expenses vs. budget. • Preparing a full set of monthly financial statements (BS, P&L and SCF). • Managing Asset Addition & Maintenance
