Project Controls ManagerFull Time

• Job Details: Establish and manage schedules, plans & budgets consistent with the proposed project financial goals as required for project management, engineering, procurement, documentation, subcontracts & purchases & all other project activities required to achieve positive project results  Various Contracts and Change Orders preparation and administration with project parties including client, vendors and lower ties subcontractors  Develop and implement plans (for example, the Risk/Opportunity database) to improve project results beyond established budgets and results  Monitor, control, and report monthly all aspects of the project consistent with the contract requirements and established project management procedures to attain established goals  Monitor, recommend, and initiate when necessary, changes to or corrective actions for commercial issues, product design, Construction sequence and methodology, manufacturing and/or services to assure compliance with contract requirements, and to maintain or improve project performance

Engineering & Controls ManagerFull Time

• Job Details: Review of design documents in early stage of the project as a main step to develop the coordination and shop drawings needed to facilitate the actual construction process  Technical procurement and submittals for various project materials in line with the project specifications to the satisfactory of the A/E and client representative  Prepare and maintain project baseline schedule, including weekly and monthly updates and reporting; both internally to the company management, as well as reporting to the client as per the contract requirements  Establish and control project budget for various cost aspects (labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors and overheads) to ensure the successful accomplishment of the project financial targets  Develop and implement subcontract agreements and change orders within the budget limit and the optimum technical capabilities
