• Job Details:Procurement / Contract (Subcontract Phase) Engineer 1. Analyzing and breaking down the contract prices. 2. Inquiring quotations, technical data sheets and method of statement from suppliers / subcontractors. 3. Comparing between the suppliers / subcontractors datasheets and method of statement and the project’s specifications and method of statement, in addition, to the international standards mentioned in the specifications. 4. Analyzing the quotation in comparison with the contract price. 5. Negotiating to reach the best possible price with the specified quality. 6. Compensating certain contract items with others due to low / 0 - marginal profit. 7. Submitting the technical datasheets, method of statement, previous approvals, previous experience etc. of the supplier / subcontractor to the consultant to be approved and ready to start execution in the project. 8. Updating the scheduled material list with the planning department. 9. Preparing contracts for subcontractors including the scope of work, unit price / lump sum value and all other contractual terms.

Deputy Projects ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Construction Engineer – Deputy Projects Manager 1. Accepting work orders and ordering its start date. 2. Following up with all the work orders and its due dates. 3. Planning the steps of work and problem solving in case of any unforeseen conditions. 4. Revising the quantity surveying of the hand over according to each rig in comparison to a preliminary quantity survey. 5. Direct communication with the owner managers and representatives. 6. Revising the contract and make amendments considering its technicalities, obligations or conditions. 7. Revising the invoices in accordance to the contract. 8. Site visits.
