- Job Details:Food Safety In charge of applying and developing of the FSMS Management System at each level within the company, efficiency assurance for the Hygiene recommendations in production area”. Man of charge of the Hygiene & GMP in the production area & stores. Preparing, implementing of FSMS ISO 22000 and HALAL legislation for the factory rehabilitations and certifying. Supervise & lead micro lab team training to carries out a laboratory analysis on the finished products. Supervise quality control team for production area and final product Quality control for raw material and final product by its technical inspection and analyzing in accordance of the specified specifications. Monitoring and following up the corrective-preventive actions if deviations were observed. Quality Assurance Participation in Developing the emergency response plan and monitor implementation. Prepare reports and statistics (weekly – monthly – accidents/incident). Maintain Quality & Food Safety Certifications and achieve audit rating. Develop manuals; implement Policies & Procedures in line with ISO & Food Safety Standards, developed training & internal audit plans till effective execution. Ensuring the process and product compliance with local, international, regulatory standards and legislation authorities Handling customer/ consumer complaints, coordinating cross functional team for root cause analysis. Conduct training of food handler’s staff from production, supply chain & sales departments for food hygiene/ safety. Ensuring that all QA tests are carried out on time for all products as per quality plan. Monitoring and auditing of products to ensure high standards of quality and ensuring products comply with legislation and quality assurance codes. Ensuring non-conforming products are identified and placed on restriction. Giving specialist quality assurance advice to the company departments as required. Review and update of the program quality plans.
