• Job Details:Effectively manage the facilities and engineering services along with other outsourced support services' providers and schedule adequate management systems to continually ensure a safe and robust environment for achieving superior Facility Management performance throughout handled projects. Key Accomplishments: Oversee the daily operations and following up on maintenance both correctional and periodically preventive ones. Take decisions on spare parts procurement and technical changes needed to maintain efficiency and needed outcome through each project. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and engineers for any operation or maintenance process. Review submission of quotations and estimates and liaise with technical team to ensure the accuracy of quotations and estimates. Prepare risk schedules to identify and quantify risks and mitigation measures. Continuously track the project progress and compare it with the project schedule to ensure that the project is progressing as per plan. Support and communicate with clients in areas of responsibilities. Effectively manage relationships with the clients to have continuous periodic meetings to check on feedback and progress. Carry out daily, monthly, and periodic inspections around the building areas and services. Manage assets, control budgets and negotiate contracts. Following up on the pending payment approvals with the client. Supervises and motivates staff to ensure an excellent level of performance.

• Job Details:Oversee the workflow of both the company and the factory with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of clients and shareholders alike by analyzing, improving organizational processes and work to improve quality, productivity, efficiency and reliability. Key Accomplishments:  Production of materials and provision of services.  Control the process of production.  Oversight over inventory, purchasing and supplies.  Plan inventory and ensure warehouse efficiency.  Prepare reports for stakeholders and higher management.  Plan and control change, manage resources and quality assurance, Policy formulation.  Liaise with other team members, including interacting with managers of different areas of the organization.  Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.  Improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being.  Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.  Research new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.  Develop, improve, manage and monitor existing processes and analyzing their effectiveness, creating strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.  Train and supervise new employees, track and measure staff performance.  Examine financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability.  Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI’s.
