• Job Details:- Responsible for handling production issues that disrupts the production process to achieving 100 % of the production plan allocated for each line while following predetermined Quality and Safety standards. -Allocates day to day manpower on different functions on the production lines and solving any rising attendance issues. -Directs production process per line and prepare production schedules. -Coordinates with the Maintenance department on the implementation of maintenance schedules so as not to disrupt production targets. -Recommends preventive maintenance initiatives to maintenance team based on machinery performance supervision. -Responsible for implementation of changeover process in accordance to the production plan. -Monitoring waste rates, production scrap analyzing root causes and suggesting means to reduce waste. -Ensuring that the production is cost effective and productivity efficiency. -Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality. -Supervising and motivating a team of workers.

Manufacturing and planning EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:I'm Responsible about Prepare and follow up material plan for the Parts & raw materials that used in the Molds and make BOM for every mold after got the working drawing from design department, and make plan with the manager about the Priority of the moulds will be manufacture , then i set a plan for every department in the work shop, then purchasing and follow up with suppliers of parts and raw material to avoid stops in the Manufacturing processes steps like shaper , grinding , C.N.C machines......etc. and check the quality of parts before Assembling the mould then finally test the mould and make Scheduled maintenance for machines .
