• Job Details:Job Description: • Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of corporate mission and performance, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions. • Drive initiatives in the management team that contribute to long-term operational excellence. • Managing all logistics functions included but not limited, Handling inbound shipments priorities and storage, Follow-up daily shipping operations and delivery to customers to ensure accurate and on-time delivery and on a top conditions, Managing returns in addition to inventory management and follow up to ensuring enough stocks are available to meet demand. • Management of budget in coordination with the Executive Director. • Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals. Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting. • Maintaining Intersection's archival and administrative files. • Administering payroll and employee benefits. • Oversee the daily processing of accounts receivable and payable using Quick Books, producing reports as requested. • Supervise and coach office manager on a weekly basis. • Handling daily tasks related to customers’ service, follow up sales force and support IRs.
