• Job Details:* Responsible for reviewing designs to match specifications, regulations & standards. * Responsible for FF & E (for company projects whether FOUR SEASONS HOTELS & restaurants & Madinaty Malls & food hall, Golf Club house) reviewing & preparation of relevant bill of quantities pursue the possibilities of manufacturing & production lines in addition to undertaking visits with consultant & operator. * Provide technical expertise and guidance in preparation of efficient data sets, layouts, work statements, drawings and delivery schedules. * Attend all internal Meetings with the project manager and all concerned parties for the design and technical updates, drafting minutes of meeting etc.

Design director & Cad managerFull Time

• Job Details:* Responsible for reviewing designs to match specifications, regulations & standards coordinating architectural designs with all other disciplines. * Responsible for reviewing and coordinating with other design teams such as structural, MEP, landscape, quantity surveyors, etc. to resolve interface issues between different trades. * Provide technical expertise and guidance in preparation of efficient data sets, layouts, work statements, drawings and delivery schedules. * Attend all internal Meetings with the project manager and all concerned parties for the design and technical updates, drafting minutes of meeting etc.
