• Job Details:❖ Project 1: East Alexandria Development (Abu Qir Port) ❖ Client: Armed Forces Engineering Authority ❖ Consultant: Shaker Group ❖ Contractor: Tabarak for Engineering and Construction ❖ Project Budget: 5.5B EGP ❖ Project Scope: Implementation and handover of Water Supply and External Firefighting Network (46 KM), Internal Firefighting Network (25 KM), Sewage Network (12.2 KM), Driange Network (8.7 KM), 1 Main Lifting station (20K m3/day), 19 Online Lifting Station, 1 Effluent Pump Station, Low and Medium-voltage Network and Low Current Network. ❖ Project 2: RAQIA Compound ❖ Client: Alexandria for Investments and Urban Development Co. ❖ Consultant: Construction & project management Consultancy (CPM Consultancy) ❖ Contractor: Tabarak for Engineering and Construction ❖ Project Budget: 67M EGP ❖ Project Scope: Implementation and handover of 4 Residential Building ❖ Job Responsibilities: • Prepare and approve the detailed time schedule and method statement for the project. • Identify the project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and targets to determine the staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project through the project measurement system. • Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project. • Progress monitoring of specific projects on a regular basis. • Anticipate and resolve any problems, bottlenecks/scheduling conflicts. • Prepare and maintain package work plans and monitor progress to achieve on time or earlier deliveries to keep the project on schedule. • Participate in regular meetings with clients, consultants and sub-contractors to discuss the set or upcoming projects to address changes or problems related to the project, along with solutions. • Ensure accuracy and accountability in coding, editing, and writing reports and letters. • Develop Project budget in primavera and cash flow based on plan progress of the project. • Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required and keep the management and Project director apprised of the progress on a regular basis. • Ensure that project controls documents such as resources histogram, schedules, reporting systems, material controls systems, etc. are fully developed by the designated personnel and reviewed by Construction Management and that Engineering and Procurement interfaces are properly addressed.

• Job Details:❖ Project: Haya Karema Phase 1 Project (El Beheira – Kafr El-Dawar) ❖ Client: Presidency of the Council of Ministers of Arab Republic of Egypt ❖ Consultant: Dar (Dar Al-Handasah Consultants (Shair and Partners) ❖ Contractor: Armed Forces Engineering Authority, National Organization for Potable Water and Sanitary Drainage "NOPWASD", Beheira Water and Sanitation Company, Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation, Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) and Egyptian Telecommunications Company ❖ Project Budget: 35B EGP ❖ Project Scope: Implementation and handover of Water Supply Network (210 KM), Sewage Network (650 KM), 105 Lifting stations, 4 treatment plant, 70 construction buildings, Low and Medium-voltage network, line and rehabilitate Cannels (150 KM), 10 Drainage Bridges ,Low Current network, Natural Gas Network and Roads. ❖ Job Responsibilities: • Review and approve projects’ master schedules. • Monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/ weekly/ monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project. • Developing and maintaining Project Progress Measurement System in line with Client requirements. • Establishing and monitoring project progress based on key milestones and performance indicators (KPIs). • Do site visits and take pictures to monitor the activities and have a visual idea about what is ongoing at site. • Make risk analysis, opportunities and list the challenges that hinder the progress of work and coordination between the local parties to solve them. • Arrange regular meetings with contractors to discuss the set or upcoming projects to address changes or problems related to the project, along with solutions. • Co‐ordinate internal project team reviews followed by an approval and review by the client of the work schedule, progress measurement, and reporting systems. • Lead a team and assign tasks to them to assist with schedule management.
