• Job Details:Main Role: Managing and review the group financials, study the business investment opportunity, managing the abroad business reports and presenting directly to the founder. Duties:  Evaluate and study the financial side for the new opportunity investments and present the financial opinion to the founders.  Review and analyses the Year End financial reports, information before presenting to the boards.  Review the yearly budget & the updates if needed  supervise the financial activity & banks facility management  Looks for opportunities for recommendation of increase gross profit.

Chief Financial OfficerFull Time

• Job Details: Ensure proper accounting systems and processes are in place and Maintained in accordance with GAAP.  Develop plans and recommends policies and procedures for the proper financial control Ensures and formulate budgetary procedures and set milestone.  Lead and direct finance and control function to ensure integrity of financial information, statements, internal controls, effective / efficient administration, effective management of working capital and optimum financial and execution of finance plans.  Ensure that the company meets Balance sheet quality KPIs targets. Ensure appropriate usage by the Accounting and Finance Department of the ERP.  Responsible for the financial part of Qatar Star League (QSl) & AFC license preparations & submissions required by FIFA.  Responsible for the handling & supervision the preparation of the yearly budget & the updates if needed.  Managing & follow up the cash flow statements to ensure the financial position in a good sound .  Playing a key role in implementing inefficiencies throughout the organization  Coordinate functionally direct local logistics/supply chain/customer service organizations to achieve defined KPIs including maximizing service levels while maintaining optimal stock levels as well as using good purchasing practices to reduce out of pocket and capital spending.  Lead and direct the development of effective annual operating and finance plans to provide effective map and benchmarks to guide, assess performance and make adjustments as necessary to achieve sales, financial and market objectives.  Provide proactive financial leadership by developing analytical and financial insight for all important long and short-term decisions, including resource allocation outcomes and processes, investments, and external business partnerships  Establish and manage effective financial control processes, including quarterly and annual financial planning, goal setting, and target monitoring, as well as budgetary and purchasing controls

Finance ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Played a key role in the establishment of the finance team, system & financial policy. • ensure all the financial records are properly maintained • Lead the development and implementation of key financial policies and procedures & ensuring that strong financial controls and procedures are in place. • Checking & reviewing the monthly financial Reports, analysis of the reasons for the deviations than budget, if any. • Managing & follow up the cash flow statements to ensure the financial position in a good sound. • Playing a key role in implementing the efficiency throughout the organization • Ensure proper accounting systems and processes are in place and Maintained in accordance with accounting standard. • Looks for opportunities for recommendation of increase gross margin. • Working with the management team to manage integration of target into existing company structure • Compiling and reporting financial information to various reporting matrix forms
