• Job Details:• Manage the design, testing, and implementation of the cost accounting system in a ERP installation. • Complete timely and accurate month-end cost accounting and inventory management close responsibilities. Prepare financial reports & analysis for profitability (COGS, product margins), standard costing variances, and inventory valuation. • Complete and review inventory-related accruals and balance sheet reconciliations each month ensuring resolution of any issues identified • Execute and oversee inventory management activities including annual physical inventory counts, cycle counting and managing offsite inventory movements • Review, approve and process inventory adjustments and freight invoicing • Support the financial planning process to develop and communicate manufacturing costs and inventory elements of the annual operating plan and periodic forecasts • Support the development of and create visibility to financial expectations in the product development process. • Partner with product management to set financial commitments in business cases and with the project team to achieve committed gross margins, capital and spending expectations and execute process to develop countermeasures if necessary. • Drive the improvement of select working capital metrics (days inventory) by partnering with supply chain and operations to design and execute processes to support achievement • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and information supporting decision-making to management and other functions throughout the organizat
