• Job Details:in Charge of Performe financial analysis and Reporting to management as needed , Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures , Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives , Oversee the accounting operations of subsidiary corporations, especially their control systems, transaction-processing operations, and policies and procedures , for accounting transactions Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner , Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly , Process payroll in a timely manner , Ensure that periodic bank reconciliations are completed , Ensure that required debt payments are made on a timely basis , Maintain an orderly accounting filing system , Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions , Maintain the chart of accounts ,performe month-end accounting activities such as reconcilation and journal entries, Issue timely and complete financial statements , coordinate the preperation of corporate annual report, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards , manage the annual budget and forcast , calculate variances from budget and report significant issues to management ,coordinate with external audit for annual audit Prepare actual vs. plan (budget) analysis. Analyzes actual production costs and prepares periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs. • Records cost information for use in controlling expenditures. • Prepares estimates of new and proposed product or service costs. • Recommends cost efficiencies in new product layouts. • Provides management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services. • Develop and maintain standard costs of finished goods and production components in a worldwide ERP system. • Maintain and improve processes and controls associated with manufacturing costs and inventory valuation. • Lead and manage the quarterly excess and obsolete inventory review process. • Ensure validity and accuracy of ERP through analysis, internal audit, and coordination with inventory control, production and work order processing. • Assist in developing and documenting policies and procedures, including system requirements and internal controls. • Represent Finance/Accounting on teams designed to improve operations, reduce costs, etc.

Senior Financial AnalystFull Time

• Job Details:in charge of handling the financial analysis of 13 companies (manfacturing and commercial), making analysis of balance sheets and income statements for the whole group and making vertical analysis with financial ratios and indicators and making horizontal analysis through comparing figures for the same year and the year before, including measuring liquidity, profitablity and capital structure, making consilidation for the whole group and represent a consolidated financial statements with one currency, making recommendations in terms of inventory turnover, recievable turnover and all financial results, refine the management reporting to incorporate and evaluate all key performance indicators that management requires to be able to follow business profitability and its drivers, provide detailed monthly operating results and analysis , making several financial fesibility study in field of palm oil Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report , Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts , Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management , Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations , Coordinate the of information to external auditors for the annual audit .

Accounting ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:in charge of handling establishment stage of the company , dealing with governmental authorities , developing the feasibility study for rekaz projects , supervising and monitoring a team of four accountants , reviewing all accounting and financial transactions , reviewing ledger account , sub ledger account , all accounting entries , managing cash liquidity , preparing financial statements balance sheet , income statement , cash flow , changes in owners’ equity statement and all financial reports like trial balance , sales reports , aging , bank reconciliation , making financial analysis for cost of sales , wip , finished goods , all financial ratios like ROA & ROI , IRR , PVT , payment payback period , making company’s annual budget , and financial predictions for the end of fiscal year .
