• Job Details:1-Managing shipping, receiving, and inventory operations for many warehouses with a variety of different goods and materials. 2-Leadership for a team of more than 45 individuals and ensure that organizational and safety goals are properly done at all times. 3-Overseeing the classification and establishing of warehouses plus coding of products and raw materials. 4-Working with managements of production, sales and purchase to Determine inventory levels (Minimum, maximum, reorder point, safety stock) according to consumption rates, sales plan and warehouses capacity. 5-Preparing budget for warehouses requirements spread over the months for the next fiscal year in 6+coordination with company's various departments and follow-up supply of these needs. 7-Plan the internal organization of warehouses according to occupational health and safety procedures to develop the receipt and drainage procedures from stores and identify products handling ways to maintain stock from damage, minimize hazards, and control risks as far as reasonably practicable. 8-Coordination with the quality assurance department to apply the quality, health and safety standards in the warehouses and ensure the products are received and stored in line with BRC and food hygiene requirements. And develop appropriate measures to obtain the company's quality certifications. 9-Perform managerial functions, such as preparing budgets, proposals, analyzing labor costs, and writing reports. 10-Establish a documentary cycle for warehouses to monitor stock movements (receipt - issues - transfers) and recording it at all warehouses. 11-Follow-up shipping and receiving of products and raw materials from warehouses according to rule FIFO. 12-Select, recruit, and train employees on their work and transfer the experience to them so that they are qualified to lead and solve problems. 13-Identify stagnant and damaged stock in stores and provide weekly reports and suggest methods to act out. 14-Supervise all types of inventories and maintain the accuracy and safety of stock balances. 15-Preparation of all daily, monthly and annual reports of warehouses balances and products movement. 16-Strong knowledge of Key Performance Indicators of employees (KPIs). 17-Experience of handling domestic and international shipments.
