• Job Details:Manage the implementation team of ManageEngine Software. The software is implemented in both suez Canal Bank (600 users) and swiss Pharma (280 users). ManageEngine Service Desk is used o track service desk tasking and performance. Regularly review and identify any tickets weekly that require additional attention. Provide technical and professional guidance to Service Desk personnel. Submit monthly status reports to the Program Manager...attend weekly staff meetings and other meetings as necessary. Ensure that staff is properly trained and capable of meeting SLAs/requirements for current and upcoming projects. I demonstrate the ability to work productively with a wide range of people as well as working independently. I interact with customers when issues arise that the Service Desk staff need authoritative guidance or direction on.

The hospital is approved from the universal medical council and has a cooperation agreement with Cleveland Hospital. Dar alfouad started implementing A HRMS system developed by DMS on Sun servers and SQL database.

• Job Details:Concrete is one of the largest garment companies in Egypt, it ha s a huge factory and over 40 selling branches. Concrete is implementing RetailPro from Island Pacific in all its branches and in commercial dept., meanwhile supported by Microsoft Axapta as a main CRM module which is customized to be integrated with the Retail Package. All other Dept. are using different packages for Accounting, Payroll, Statistics….etc.
