• Job Details:Main Duties ⦁ Direct and prepare project Architectural work, develop technical solutions, and prepare deliverables, from concept design till IFC package. ⦁ Verify codes, regulations, and assist the technical manager in coordination with Cairo and Jeddah project team. ⦁ Work with all related team members in timely manner to meet the project program. ⦁ Review project documents for in-house quality control. ⦁ Review drawings to ensure RAKA-design systems and procedures are implemented. ⦁ Control project program, construction cost and technical quality. ⦁ Conduct all necessary communication with Jeddah team to fulfill all client requirements. ⦁ Give overall training to subordinates in order to strengthen their weaknesses.
