Diesel Engine (Wartsila, Mak, Pielstick, Mirrlees Blackstone, Polnes, Alco, Daihatsu, Ruston, MAN, Caterpillar), All engine aux. equipment i.e. pumps, compressors, separators. Hydraulic circuits, pneumatic & hydraulic gate valves etc. ♦ Broad understanding of Marine Operations / Ship Management related processes as well as Extensive experience in marine assessments. ♦ Possess extensive knowledge & experience in Development of offshore program schedules and Management of the Project Planning and scheduling department during development of a correct work program. ♦ Overall Management of the dry dock programs, spare parts & the materials for mechanical & dredging equipment. ♦ Possess extensive knowledge & experience of new build, Overhauling, repairing and fault finding for main engines, generators, pumps, hydraulic systems, boilers, air compressors, cranes, grabs and heat exchanger. ♦ Overall Management of various marine equipment planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules. ♦ Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M Expenditures and work within the budget. ♦ Managing a team of executives & guiding staff to address and resolve performance bottlenecks.

• Job Details: Ensure managed vessels are operated efficiently to technical standards to minimize downtime and maintain the client's assets “All dredging equipment i.e. dredge p/ps up to 10,000 hp conventional & high efficiency, sheaves , cutter (Esco & Vosta ) cutter shaft bearings, dredging wires & dredging operation.  Audit the day to day technical running of the vessels managed by the Company under their control  Provide advice to vessel staff and Company management  Liaise with ship's personnel to ensure operational procedures are carried out in a manner commensurate with the safe and efficient operation of the vessel(s)  Monitor planned maintenance systems  Advise Senior Management of ship operating difficulties  Periodic ship visits, inspections and drills with appropriate reporting to the Senior Management and client as appropriate  Audit of vessels as required  Maintain technical files and promulgate technical bulletins, necessary for the safe and efficient running of managed vessels  Ensuring the safe manning of vessels with technically competent staff with the relevant experience  Assist the Technical Manager in the preparation of annual cost budgets and ensure all costs associated with the vessel's technical operations are correctly predicted and allowed for  Interview Masters, Chief Engineers and other senior officers during office brief/debrief visits and prepare periodic appraisals of senior officers  Any other duties as required by the Company's senior management

chief EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Ensure optimal and safe performance of the vessel and/ or support craft by operating and maintaining the engine room in the most effective way. During night shift, is operationally end responsible.  Execute the implementation of the maintenance schedule and spare parts requirements in accordance with plan and technical specifications.  Work and act according to defined policies and procedures of Marine division.  Planning major shutdown works, fault finding, preventative  Maintenance & requisitioning of materials.  Leading & training local contact mechanics with multinational Workforce.  Ensure and monitor the compliance with the HSE requirements in the engine room.  Record, evaluate and document engine technical data.  Responsible for timely ordering of technical aspects and spare parts.  Provide leadership and guidance towards technical staff regarding all vessels and support crafts.  Work efficiently and constructively in cooperation with technical staff, and operational crew.  Evaluate technical staff as part of the performance evaluation process.
