Game Moderator (Software support)Freelance / Project

• Job Details:As a Game Moderator working Elex Games, my role includes: •Acting as a liaison between users(players) and the Developers/Customer support, Moderators are the in-game eyes for the administration. •Moderators interact directly with users by: -Answering their questions and concerns. -Receiving complaints and bug reports. -Collecting suggestions, contributions, and ideas on how to improve the game, and delivering all that feedback directly right into the Devs. •Furthermore, Moderators are also expected to give patient, clear, and accurate IT Support for anyone who's facing any Technical difficulties regarding the application. •Moderators are responsible for keeping the "Global in-game public chat thread" as well as the game environment as a whole: safe, healthy, appropriate, and convenient for everyone, regardless of any background differences. •In addition to the aforementioned tasks, Moderators also have a role outside the application itself that includes regularly helping the Devs by contributing to the development of the game by submitting their own ideas and suggestions based on their experiences or players' contributions.
