• Responsible for maximizing 10-store’s contribution through exploiting every opportunity to drive sales, reduce stock loss and maintain cost controls and delivering the highest level of motivation to the staff members and development of team members.
• Grew the Annual Sales Revenue of the stores from SAR 43 Million to SAR 58 Million.
• Ensure consistency of retail standards across all points of Sale.

• Ensure all store sales, promotions are planned effectively, executed and promptly and maintained professionally.
• Responsible for ordering stock. Planning and implementing promotional activities for the store to maximize the revenues.
• Responsible for assisting the Stores Managers in setting targets & budgets for the sales team as well as implementing various training programs for the development of the sales force for the optimum output in line with the market needs & opportunities.
• Providing leadership, training, counseling and career guidance for the development and guidance of all the staff.
• Ensure store staff KPI’s reviews are conducted on a periodic basis as per company norms.
