• Job Details:• Connecting and negotiating with airlines and shipping agencies to have the best rates and services for Airplanes and Vessels Chartering. • Coordinate with transport contractors of flatbed and tipper trucks for inland packed and bulk commodity transportation. • Negotiating on the transportation rates and the overnights. • Confirming the plant loading rate with the transport contractor. • Secure the suitable warehouse for storing the total quantity before exporting bulk shipments. • Confirm cargo dispatch and stuffing date for the FCL with the Plant, Customs, Trucking and the & S/L. • Secure the equipment needed for bulk and containers shipments. • Following up with the customs brokers on the customs certificate. • Confirming the vessel loading rates with the all concerned partiers for bulk shipments. • Confirming vessel ETA and the cutoff for the containers shipments with the exporters and all concerned partiers. • Confirming vessel berthing date and time with all concerned partiers to have smooth operation without any delay. • Secure the equipment needed for stevedoring. • Confirm the ship on board date. • Confirm the BL C/O draft with the exporter to issue the OBL and final C/O. • Review the invoices before sending it to the charter Co. • Following up the payment terms.

• Job Details:• Negotiating with the electromechanical and tanks building companies having the best offer. • Confirming plant layout before installation of the tanks, pipe lines, boiler, washing room and the pumps with the CEO. • Follow up the installation at the plant. • Looking for suppliers of crude cotton oil, negotiate on the price reaching our target quantity of average 100 MT per month matching the target price. • Manage picking up of crude cotton oil with our warehouse. • Dealing with the biggest plants of Factories and about 15 brand Hotels branches within different locations and more than 50 brand Restaurants within same locations of the hotels supporting the logistics process of the collection meeting the required quality increasing the total export quantities. • Competitive research on UCO buyers. • Preparing a full study to start collecting UCO from households from all over Egypt.

Logistics CoordinatorFull Time

• Job Details:• Receiving Sales Order from the Exp. Dep. • Negotiate on the sea rate with the F.F & S/L and confirm it our Exp. Dep. For the new destinations. • Confirm the availability of the grades and the right vessel with the planning Dep. to proceed with the booking • Send shipping request to the F.F to book on the agreed vsl. • Send booking confirmation to Exp. Dep. • Send booking confirmation and PI to customs and finance to issue bank letter. • Confirm cargo dispatch and stuffing date with Planning, Customs, Trucking and the F.F & S/L. • Secure equipment with S/L and the port through the F.F and customs broker. • Send loading control to SGS and confirm with customs that SGS must attend the stuffing. • Follow up with finance Dep. Receiving the bank letter and send the original to POL. • Follow up trucks loading and cargo dispatch. (Customs shall be in follow with the trucks too in order to start stuffing on time without any delay to avoid any overnights or storage at the port and catch the vessel). • Follow up with customs till we receive containers No. and tare weight and confirm the G.W and the N.W. • Send final shipping request to F.F with VGM and ask for ship on board date. • Request loading control report from SGS and check it and send it to Exp. Dep. • Receive the BL draft and check it then send it to Exp. Dep. To confirm it with the client. • Send BL and final Inv. to customs in order to issue C/O. • Confirm BL draft with the F.F and ask for OBL. • Receive the original BL and C/O. • Send shipping Doc. to the client after confirming the address with Exp. Dep.
