• Job Details:Job Title: IT Specialist / QMS Specialist, Company Name: Transmisr Transportation and Trading Location: Alexandria, Egypt Dates of Employment: 01/01/2015 – Currently (4 Years) Information Technology • Building the company's network and supervising the laying of cables, identifying the communication points and testing the communication from and to each point. • Connect the network to the Internet and distribute the connection to users. • Maintenance of the server programmatically and installation of Windows Server 2008 and 2012, the preparation of Active Directory and DNS and the addition of users and the identification of powers. • Solving network problems, in a timely manner, and always finding alternatives for non-stop work. • One of the most important priorities in maintaining the company's data and staff work by taking a daily back up and keep it on more than one source. • Installing VPS Server and its settings, tuning the router and the connection base to connect to the company's Data Base. • Surveillance cameras and remote devices and the work of maintenance and solving software problems remotely in case I’m out of office. • Helping employees accomplish daily tasks. • Install any new devices and connect them to the network in terms of installation and programs. • Training new employees on the company's programs. • Travel to other branches to complete the tasks of maintenance, installation and training. • Responsible for the preparation of attendance and departure devices in terms of installation and programming. Advertising and marketing • Responsible for publications in terms of designing brochures and banners for the company. • Work on the company's website in terms of addition and modification. • Responsible for presentations and preparation of exhibitions and conferences. • Responsible for designing promotional emails for potential customers, visiting customers and offer the company's services. Quality Management • Familiar with the standard ISO 9001-2015. • Training in developing the company's quality system and following up its implementation on all departments. • Conducting internal audits, detecting non-matching points, and performing corrective actions. • Responsible for the senior management profile in terms of planning, setting quality goals and following up on their implementation. Tracking and reporting • Responsible for installation of GPS devices. • Responsible for tracking trucks online and extracting the necessary reports to detect violations and know the route of each truck. • Follow up faults and maintenance after warranty period.
