- Job Details:It was a project with PwC to restructure a group of companies for the same owner The companies work scope: - Crown foods (manufacturing field, known for producing tea and biscuits under the name of "Crown") - Cascada (real estate field) - Flour Land (manufacturing field, known with its farms, flour & school meals producing) I was providing a valuable guidelines on how to recruit, manage, evaluate and retain employees.
