• Job Details:- Supervising the customs clearance procedures for all company's imported / exported materials for all projects in all company branches inside / outside Egypt. - Supervision transportation of company shipments in safe and proper way to company warehouse or sites. - Supervising the temporary clearance for the foreign materials, in addition to the reshipping process - Continual communication with the purchasing department & foreign suppliers to confirm the smooth of process - Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively - Plan and track the shipments according to projects requirements - Following up foreign purchase orders and solving any obstacle face expediting process, and following up the purchasing conditions of the placed foreign purchase orders - Participate in the concerned committees, presenting the suitable solutions - Supervising the customs settlements with clients, EGPC & Customs Authority. - Approve service orders for services providers (Custom broker / Forwarder Agent) - Coordinate with finance department payment for the services providers (Custom broker / Forwarder Agent) - Prepare the necessary reports for the activities / shipments showing cost / time - Solving problems in cases of return of products - Negotiate and support logistics costs meant for 3rd party logistics providers assisting annual budget goals. - Establish and manage relations with warehouses, ocean carriers, customs broker, drayage providers, sales force and customers. - Coordinate with the contracts and tenders team during thr process of offers, evaluation, and initiating contracts. - Commitment to implement QHSE instructions & carry out the requirements of (ISO 14001 – Series, OHSAS 18001 - Series ISO 9001 – Series.
