• Job Details: Managed the 183 Stores (RedTag - Twenty4 - Savers), 4 Regions and HQ and one warehouses.  Evaluate the IT systems against business needs, both present and future, and recommend cost-effective viable solutions.  Purchase the company's needs of software and licenses & Managing Hardware and Software Contract.  Participates in the negotiations for service and maintenance agreements for installed systems.  Hands on experience in network solution of SDWAN-CISCO MERAKI, Fortigate and managing firewalls of Fortigate and Sophos  Review working IT practices to maximize performance and productivity.  Supervised daily activities of the IT team.  Managing (Fortigate) firewall SDWAN in 183 Branch’s  Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees.  Follow up with IT team regarding user satisfaction by monitoring open and pending tickets  Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.  Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults  Handle the annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.  Managing (Fortigate) firewall internet in 183 Branch’s  Responsible for creating information technology solutions starting from idea until operations for the IT infrastructure (Servers, PCs, Printing, Scanning, UPS) and IT telecommunications LAN / WAN (routers, switches ( MPLS , 4G/5G , ADSL ,Microwave Towers , fiber optics) for all selections , installations and implementations including ISP management .  Schedules and performs regular data and systems back-up.  Enable 4G/5G backup connection for all (183) Stores (RedTag - Twenty4 - Savers) , 4 Regions and HQ to operate business functions incase MPLS is Down.

• Job Details:Evaluate the IT systems against business needs, both present and future, and recommend cost effective viable solutions.  Produce technical road map to ensure that the best use is made of available technology to enhance IT infrastructure.  Improve efficiency and reduce cost through effective use of information technology  Plan, prepare and monitor the IT & Group Security Budget in line with the business strategy.  Monitor and resolve SAP ERP application issues by working with vendors and service providers  Managing Hardware and Software Contract.  Participates in the implementation of Business intelligence system (Tableau)  Managing IT infrastructure, physical and virtual servers (VMware - Hyper-V).  Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees.  Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.  Participates in the negotiations for service and maintenance agreements for installed systems.  Responsible for creating information technology solutions starting from idea until operations for the IT infrastructure ( Servers , PCs , Printing , Scanning , UPS ) and IT telecommunications LAN / WAN ( routers , switches ( MPLS , 3G/4G , ADSL ,Microwave Towers , fiber optics) for all selections , installations and implementations including ISP management .  I lead a team of SAP consultants who are implementing SAP ( SD –MM –FI –HCM ) with SAP Project Manager
