Ensure the timely provision of goods and services, and guarantee optimum storage of goods. 19. Involved in setting up and developing material and production plans to fulfill accurate delivery time to the customers. Projects and achievements 1. BOM analysis, Sourcing, and Purchasing for all Company products and Projects. 2. Achieved best possible delivery and payment terms similar to those given only inside Europe. 3. A cost reduction of about 33% was achieved for a Single phase electronic electricity meter and about 22% for a three phase electronic electricity meter. 4. Significant lead time reductions were achieved in many orders which resulted in improved profitability and service levels.
