• Job Details: Achieving targets of the business, and keeping up the ultimate environment of success, by maintaining both of; running the process effectively, and the needed financial assets controls for the company.  Building up the required financial instructions and procedures to maintain strong internal controls to be complied with the head strategies for the Board of Directors and helping the implementation and monitoring these instructions in a financial frame-work.  Guaranteeing the flow of the operation usefully by supervising all financial operations, starting from establishing the Master Budget and all its sub-budgets through an effective process that grantees the synergy required among all the key staff in the process, as well as other staff.  Finding Admin, and Financial resources, who are very needed to Prepare the needed different Budgets; Cash budget, sales budget, purchasing budget…etc . Also monitoring, following up during the process, and finally evaluating variances to give the reliable recommendations.  Handling and dealing with the "Risk Management" that may affect the main goals of a company in a negative way, able to measure Risk value using the Risk Rating method, and analyze it's likelihood and impact as well.  Preparing / Supervising Cash Flows statements, Bank reconciliations, Salaries and Payroll structure, Receivables and Payable aging reports. etc.
