• Job Details:• Monitors server performance and makes necessary recommendations for additional resources or hardware needed • Prepares and maintains documentation of servers' configurations. • Supervise third-party maintenance for servers' hardware, software ,, , , etc • Coordinates server installation of hardware and software upgrades by others Servers Security Role • Implements and maintains security policies on Servers/PC’s environment • Develop and Implement backup plans for servers, validates backups completion and accuracy according to the plans defined by The Operation Manager • Work with the Operation manager to develop, implement and test disaster recovery procedures for servers • Update and maintain all servers with latest virus protection files • Implement the appropriate Antivirus technology and Monitor users internet access • Runs available security tools on critical devices and identifies issues and resolutions, report status to Operation Manager • Responds to the needs and questions of network users concerning their access to resources on the servers environment • Communicates and coordinates servers' backups, and downtime to users. • Provide 2nd layer support to the helpdesk function
