• Job Details:- Managing all HR-related tasks and delivering pertinent reporting to management. - To ensure a consistent and equitable approach to people management throughout the company, provide management with expert knowledge and support on the full range of HR activities (policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, absence management, service restructuring, performance management, personnel planning, etc.). - Keeps the work structure current by updating the job descriptions and requirements for all positions. - Putting into practise company policies and procedures, and offering evaluation and improvement as needed. - Control the hiring and selection procedure - Personnel administration - Manage the employee's medical insurance file, which includes all requirements - Completing and managing all HR forms and reports - Manage the employee's social insurance file
