• Job Details:Facility Maintenance Engineer: From Mar 2018 to Present at Misr Italia Properties Company (Italian Square Compound – 6 October).  My Responsibilities • Schedule maintenance and repairs of buildings and machines • Design and implement different systems for monitoring and enhancing maintenance procedures to increase equipment effectiveness in addition to applying and improving the Preventive maintenance (PM). • Ensure the availability of spare parts with minimum stock cost by planning their stock level • Periodic Maintenance for electrical Activities at the site Such as (Residential buildings panels – Low voltage cables network – Low voltage distribution boards – Control panels for Elevators – Streets lighting panels – Intercoms systems and Access Door – CCTV System for the site – MATV System for Customers – Fire room control panels - MCC Panels - DDC Panels for EXH Fans ). • Periodic Maintenance for Plumbing Activities at the site Such as ( Main water network – Main drainage network – Main Fire network – Main irrigation network – Water network inside buildings – drainage network inside buildings – water pumps - follow up water consumptions ). • Periodic Maintenance for Civil Work Activities at the site Such as (Streets - corridors - marble - exterior paint - hardscape (interlock) – Buildings doors – Buildings windows).

Electrical Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Electrical Site Engineer: Implementation Electricity in the New School Buildings and Maintenance for Old School Buildings.  My Responsibilities • Electrical field construction and installation activities including cable installation, electrical equipment installation (Electrical Distribution Boards , Main Distribution Board , Circuit Breaker , Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker , Indoor Lighting , Fuse Board , Data Network Equipment). • Determine manpower, tools, equipment, and material requirements for electrical craft. • Write material with draw requests. Perform material take offs. • Review work accomplished. • Perform inspections and tests as required by the discipline all Electrical & Instrumentation installation activities at the site • Review and Monitor inspection / test reports and maintain the QA/QC files related to assignment • Monitor the work performance to ensure the respect of work standards and project specifications

Production managerFull Time

• Job Details:Production Manager at Future for Industry and Trade Company (FIT): work in Car Audio System Supplier for General Motor and Nissan Motor.  My Responsibilities. • Create Process flow Diagram for new product. • Create PFMEA for New Product. • Responsible of Preventive Maintenance for Production line Equipment. • QSB System Implementation and I Have 2 certificate for QSB in the Company from General Motor in (2012&2015). • ISO_TS_16949- Implementation and have a Certification from SGS in 2015. • Certified in Lean Green Belt in the Company after Cost Avoidance by 200,000 LE. • Work on PFMEA and Control Plan Tools.W • Responsible for follow the KPIs and improve it to achieve the targets. • Create Training Plan and apply the training for the operators.
