• Job Details:- Designing, implementing, and troubleshooting security solutions and firewalls Understand the customer's technical requirements, business objectives, and strategy. - Working proactively and collaboratively with customers to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and assess customer’s needs. Deep knowledge to translate customer needs into a solution. - Configuring and Troubleshooting network devices (Routers, Switches and Aps) - Supporting and troubleshooting onsite/offsite  - Provide network and host-based security, incident response, firewall and VPN management, and Firewalls Administration. - Enforcing firewall policies for all users/clients based on the access rights matrix. - Implement and Troubleshoot Remote Access Solutions. - Providing network documentation and updating as needed. - Remediating any vulnerabilities discovered related to network scans to match with Customer security policy. - Providing the required evidence and solving the findings related to Network Security review. - Responsible for analyzing network needs and design technical solutions and supervise The preparation of all technical proposals. - Create both High-level design HLD, Low-level Design. - Escalates problems and issues to vendors by creating Technical assistance tickets

IT ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:- Identify and bring forth technology infrastructure and solutions. Serve as the communication between the business side of the organization and the technical side, identifying needs, communicating findings, and making recommendations. - Advice businesses on technology and how it can help them perform better, then oversee new IT projects design, development, and implementation. - Prepare cost benefits analysis reports when upgrades are necessary, continuously analyzing vendors to ensure they offer the best possible service and value for company needs. - Creating IT project budgets and reallocating resources where necessary. - Running regular checks on network and data security Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems. - Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization - Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff - Overseeing and determining time frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages - Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget - Providing direction for IT team members - Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement - Develop and execute disaster procedures, and maintain data backups
