• Job Details:Providing strategic leadership for the development of the fitness service line, ensuring a full range of services are created, structured and maintained, in response to customer needs (members and sub-franchisees). Fully guide the professional development of Gold's Gym Corporate employees through education and training, to support the growth strategy and business development for the expansion of Gold's Gym Egypt. Improve existing programmes and customer service, continue to develop new value-added programmes. Fitness department: trainer/nutritionist/physical therapist/group fitness instructors' development Provide a full in-house training programme for all staff, new employees, seniors, managers and full leadership programme Project Manager to set up of all new facilities Supervision of corporate management Technical advisor for sub-franchisees
